Events

Cannes, VMworld Europe 2008

On the three days 26-27-28 of this February we actively participated in this phenomenal European congress event on virtualization, here we made numerous very useful contacts and we also saw the realization of an element of our idea the VService.
We have greatly increased our knowledge of the whole subject from technicalities to market possibilities, to new hardware products increasingly linked to the concept of virtualization and to the world that is starting to respond positively to these issues.

You can read a nice report at the following links blogs:

In the Vendors area (Solutions Exchange) in discussing with the major Vendors (HP and VMware) we came across a great opportunity for our business, the possibility of both hardware (HP) and software (VMware) offers of the “onDemand” type, on a pay-as-you-go basis, i.e. “Pay x Use”.
These represent a great opportunity for us as they would reduce the time needed to find the financing useful for the initial purchase of the hardware and software licenses necessary for the Start-Up.
We will evaluate these possibilities very carefully in the coming months / weeks by meeting the Italian references in person.
